If you purchase the Voyager Plus Pre-Order Pack for one month, it automatically includes all of the cosmetic items for that month, and will allow you to buy the upcoming cosmetics on an individual basis moving forward.

Hey there! We noticed the same thing on our end, so I reached out to our friends over at Vanilla yesterday to see what might be going on here. They let us know it appears to be a known issue on their end that they're working to resolve, and we're not the only forum users seeing it!

Thanks for reaching out to report this! I'm going to go ahead and leave this thread open until it appears this issue is fixed, and for right now I'm still seeing a few gray avatars :smiley:
