UPDATE!Based on some great feedback from the community, we wanted to make sure that we recognized the SINGLE CLIP VIDEOS (as the rules were a bit vague if montages were allowed).

Now, I've gone through all 850 submissions AGAIN and, to be quite frank, these are the only submissions that met the length criteria (90 - 180 seconds), the quality, creativity, and originality criteria, and were one clip.

Unfortunately, many of the Solo clips were simply too short (40 seconds or less).

Makes sense. Thanks for the response. I don’t really pay attention to it or play anymore now that duos are gone and my friends have all moved onto other games. I’d be right back in with new maps, maybe a ranking system that matters, still love conquest but it’s played out for me.

You’ve got a really hard job, it must be tough listening to everyone say a bunch of different things and having shitty ideas get upvoted. Thanks for trying.

It's an adventure, for sure. :)

Are the tank body models already modeled and ready to ship or are they yet to be made and finally, are they ready and modeled but DICE/EA are just not ready to release them for an unspecified reason?

They’re currently working on them, but priorities are focused on game improvements, tweaks, and bug fixes. As soon as I get a timeline from the Dev team, I’ll share it. I want them too. From what I’ve seen (not much) they look pretty dope.

Ok I think I finally understand what this is now...an announcement about future announcements?

No, it’s a calendar of the week’s events. I could not do it, then you wouldn’t know what’s happening each week and there’d be lots of threads about how we don’t communicate what’s happening.

I've already escalated this. Just hang tight. I'm trying to figure out what's going on with this.

Are you guys going to release a statement regarding the Pit Crew set, as you can see by the front page, our jimmies are pretty rustled.

I've posted this elsewhere in this thread:

Why do PC updates get delayed along with the consoles if this is a certification issue?

They don't want one version out before the other.

This sub would be on fire if PC got updates before console on a consistent basis. Remember how pissed people were about the CTE not being on console in previous games?

I'm not referring to the 5v5 stuff.
Unfortunately, I can't go into details just yet, but ... just watch the EA PLAY Battlefield V stream.

Hey Braddock, I'm not going to threaten lives over this but even in game it shows may 21st for firestorm update. It's on the main screen, chapter 3: trial by fire faq.

Thanks for the heads-up. That was incorrect and I've had the team that handles in-game deployment fix it.

If ammo crates restored grenades we’d have more players using them over resupply stations.

But we'd also have nade spam issues like previous BFs. Take the good with the bad I guess. 🙃

Why are approvals always so long and often postponed? Is it dice'S fault or is it SONY and MS fault?

This has been the case for many, many years.

EA owns and runs Origin, the distro method for PC BF games so that is not the issue. The issue is the Consoles need to test the games to make sure they work and there is not hardware issues with the new versions of the software.

Sony is notorious for holding this process up from what I know. This is not a DICE issue.

The game sort of has an identity issue right now, DICE can't decide if it's a hardcore shooter or a arcadey fun shooter.

I feel like they listened to too many people complain about how casual BF1 was and went so far in another direction that they have now alienated the people they captured with BF1 (which is STILL an amazing game imho). Now it seems like they toggle between these two ideas and are trying to make both work, which is just not possible in the long run.

They need to make this a 'Battlefield' Game. Tanks and Planes are things to deal with in a Battlefield game. They are supposed to be fun, but they are also supposed to be able to be taken down with smart play from infantry. Make the planes easier to maneuver and fight air - to - air and air - to - ground, but also give ground players more options to fight them from the ground by buffing the AA Cannons and Tanks. Make the tanks tougher to kill, but make it harder for the tanker to tank by increasing the...

ammo crates are key for resupplying gadgets. you can keep flares in the recons flair gun and dynamite in the hands of an assault player indefinitely if you keep throwing crates down when needed.

big issue with the crates: far too many times people will ignore them and go right for a resupply point. silly players.
