The issue itself has been fixed I believe, and there are measures to resolve it for those that are experiencing it. However if there are folks still experiencing this from time to time, it's best to reach out for a little help 🙂
Hey folks, if you're having difficulties obtaining the item and you've gone past the tier and it still hasn't granted it to you, please reach out to EA Help and they should be able to go through the entitlement process to grant it for you.
To ensure you get the best possible result, please take a screenshot of the issue / list the item clearly for them!

Battle Pass Points not fully reflecting progress on S1 Mastery Badge - All Platforms - AWARE 05/08 @ 10:54 UTC
We are aware that players are not currently seeing the full intended progress made towards the Season 1: Zero Hour Mastery Badge for your playercard. The team has previously attempted to resolve this with a change in Update 1.2, however, this fix was unsuccessful, and are looking at further options to resolve this. We will provide any further updates as and when we can.
