To add, if nothing in the above article helps. Please try a clean reinstallation of Darktide, which involves deleting your AppData (please note you’ll lose any custom settings, keybinds etc. that will need to be redone)

The good news, is that this specific crash has been on our radar, and that it appears to have an internal fix already. So this should be resolved in upcoming updates.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to restore operatives currently due to limitations in our backend. This is something our developers are aware of and are working on.
Though, what I can do for you is level up a new Veteran, however this would be without any previous equipment as once it’s deleted we’re unable to retrieve this data.
If this is of interest to you, please create a new Veteran character and proceed to the Mourningstar hub. Once done, please let me know and I can do the rest from there!

Unfortunately we’re restricted and can only refund purchases in full, so we would only be able to refund the complete bundles (if they were purchased within the last 30 days)
