In this case, if they had done nothing at all (if they never got crows, they were intentionally moving around to avoid them), then this would possibly fall under holding the game hostage due to the duration of them not doing anything at all. If you got any proof in regards of this and already reported them in the game, please take further steps and send the additional evidence to support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us

It is for the MMR. That way there doesn't need to be a whole patch to implement MMR.
