Quick correction, the TWID said that two new weapons are entering the Trials Pool, one new weapon will be entering the pool and the other will be a highly requested Hand Cannon making its return with updated perks.

Thanks for the report. We checked into these and are currently tracking a fix for Child of the Old Gods in an upcoming update later this season and have fixes for Celestial Fire Melee and Liar's Handshake planned to go out next month with Season 22.

We've looked into this issue, and it looks like this fix requires some engineering work. We have the team looking into getting it prioritized for a future release.

I am having trouble with support. As OP of this I'd really appreciate the help. My friends have been offered coupons and free return labels and I'd appreciate the same treatment.

Please don't ignore me :(

Sorry to hear that, we reached out in a PM to get your order info to look into it.

The vast majority of the working population gets harassed. I have been harassed and had death threats, so I appreciate how unpleasant such things are. People aren't being harassed because they work at Bungie, they're being harassed because there are lunatics in the public who will harass companies and workers regardless of the company and the industry.

No one deserves it, but its just part of life in this f**ked up internet age we live in. Basing your PR strategy on the actions of 0.1% worst actors is strange to me, and I can't imagine many other industries acting this way.

We don’t accept that being harassed is “just part of life.” This kind of mindset is unhealthy, and we aren’t going to put ourselves in danger for a video game, much less Reddit.

Appreciate the feedback.

Unfortunately, devs who aren’t even CMs are still being harassed just because they work at Bungie, so using the CM account on Reddit will put a bigger target on all of the CM’s backs.

I completely understand the want to go back to how we used to respond all the time here, but that time has passed. Until everyone can feel safe again, I wouldn’t expect to see many responses from us here for the foreseeable future.

However, just because we aren’t responding often doesn’t mean we aren’t still looking at feedback. As a legend once said, “we’re listening,” and while we can’t always act on the feedback, we do share it with stakeholders every single week. So please, keep it coming.

You may find us responding more on our own Help forums, so please report any issues to us there.

Hey everyone, we looked into this report and confirmed an error where the wrong product samples for Iron Banner and Trials sweatshirts were photographed for the store. We also found an instance where the store showed a listing of 4 pairs of socks, but the final product was only 3 pairs. The store has been updated with all of the correct information and we have contacted all of the customers impacted and will be offering full refunds as well as discount codes for any future Bungie Store purchases. We're really sorry about these issues and we have pulled these products from the site while we work with our partners to correct them.

We have no intention of abandoning Destiny; like most studios that support multi-IPs at the same time, we intend to do the same as them. You could argue about the support model we have now, which is fair criticism, but we’re working to be better.

Much like how D1 and D2 was in the first first year, if we see that the market wants something more and/or something different, we will course-correct as needed.

is this in reference to those banner alerts you occasionally display in game for certain bits of info when we first log in?

that said, on another note: what if ya'll implemented something similar to what WotC did with their MTG:Arena client when they introduced a "mail" system to provide players with news and updates and such.

tho I can def see that being a lot of work, and still doesn't fully get around the multi-lingual issue...

Yeah, it’s basically the banner system we use to send out messages like Next Week in Destiny.

A mailbox system is one of many ideas we’re exploring for the future.

What you’re asking for isn’t as simple as you think, especially due to character limitation and multi-lingual support. But we are investigating alternate methods to communicate to everyone.

We don’t put blame on anyone here - we look at processes to determine where something failed and then correct or improve it.

Thanks for the report. I’ll inform our developers.

We’re aware that this issue is occurring and we’ve investigating the cause to find a fix. This also occurs with unlocked armor ornaments, too.

This is a graphical bug. We use this icon internally to quickly find the new nodes to content we’re working on so that we don’t mix them up with other nodes. They’re usually all grouped together like in your screenshot. Very strange that even appeared for you.

Just checking in to say we meant pre-Shadowkeep when discussing the damage of Hand Cannons in PvE, so reverting back to the pre-Shadowkeep damage values for Hand Cannons would be a minimal critical hit damage buff and a substantial body shot damage nerf.
