Fully agree which is why we put out the clarification and called out our error in missing the coms.

Looks like it received a small buff, but it was unintentionally less than other LFR's. Team is looking to take another pass on the weapon in a future update.

Hate to bother, but every time I get through queue my game hard crashes (loading to character select).

We are looking into crashes on both console and PC. Some players are reporting that appearing offline on Steam may resolved it, but others are saying that trying that mitigation didn't work for them. Got some information from the team:
The gambit prime armors of each class shared the same armor arrangement, and we were unable to make varying levels of glow between illicit, outlawed, and notorious. As such, all gambit prime armors of each role of each class was reduced down to one set to prevent accidental overpurchasing

Not at this time.
Team is looking to ensure Horror's Least can drop (even though it has a power cap) for those finishing out the seal, kind of like some of the older Gambit weapons that can be acquired from the Drifter in the Tower.
We do not have plans to reissue the older nightfall weapons at this time. Sorry to bring bad news, but we can always pass up the feedback.
