We looked into this and reducing Penumbral blast from 80 to 38 was not an intended change and will be fixed in a future update.

UI folks did a lot of cool things this season.

If the nerf is intentional, it would be very welcome and helpful for the community to hear the rationale behind such changes. I'm certain the team is well aware that the community thinks exclusive raid exotic heavy weapons should be powerful, and this is not the direction of change people wanted. Better to address this up front.
Just confirmed that any damage reductions were definitely not intentional and the team is currently investigating it as a bug.
Adaptive Ordinance only triggering off of kills is intentional as referenced in it's description.
We've passed along reports of Dunemarchers to the team - that's currently under investigation.
I'll follow up on Heart of Inmost Light to see if we've got a bug filed.
Thanks for posting for awareness. As a general note, please be sure to post any bugs or issues you find to the Help forums on Bungie.net! Helps our player support team get a sense for impact, bug frequency, and potentially even details that lead to faster fixes.
I seem to be encountering the same issue. One workaround that I found helpful was to cut my hair a bit, just so it wasn't blocking my vision in the short instances where I could see my screen.
Hope this helps!
We've definitely seen requests for firing ranges over the years, and with the Tribute Hall going the way of the DCV, we understand that players are looking for players to test out their new weapons again.
Thanks for the feedback! Will be sure to pass it along.
Glad you're enjoying Destiny density. Are there any specific encounters that stood out to you?
WHAT!!!! Cozmo responded to my post!!!! Geez man.
While you're here I just wanna say thank you for literally matchmaking me with my best friends and creating one of my favourite games ever.
This game changed my goals in life so much that I'm currently studying Games Design at University, with dreams of working at Bungie some day.
So thanks to you and all the team for making me into what I am today.
I’ll pass your thanks to the amazing team that are responsible for making the game and bringing people together inside of it. Glad to hear you are studying game design. Work hard at it, make some cool stuff and hopefully I’ll see you in a meeting someday.
Writing this down to pass along “players upset Umbral decoder doesn’t say “Om nom nom nom nom” anymore” pls fix”
We did try to save some things for you to discover. It’s always a balance of making sure we communicate the things you need to know, showcase some things you want to know, and then save some surprises.
Feedback is always welcome so we can improve in the future.
You sure as hell notice the sub machine gun recoil on console though. It feels soooooo much better
The goal was to make them both feel good. Thanks for the feedback!
Especially since it was a highlight that Rockets got buffed...even Exotics
I’ll look into it.
Yep, this is a patch note that we’ll be adding tomorrow, along with a few other stragglers.
Filling out some missing slots to help players finish up bounties and quests.
Thanks for the thread. Will pass it up.
Glad to hear you’re enjoying it. Definitely passing the feedback up as we see it.
Maybe someone from bungie can clarify this, but will we be able to get adept mods from GMs to go with our adept weapons or is trials going to be the only way to earn adept mods for the near future.
EDIT: COZMO CONFIRMED BELOW THAT ADEPT MODS WILL DROP FROM GM NIGHTFALLS!
Yes! Adept mods will also drop from the Grand Master Nightfalls.
We appreciate you reporting this issue. We will make sure these missing shaders are made available in a future season.
It wasn't totally selfless, don't worry! <3 I use the app pretty obsessively while I'm in crucible or gambit queue. I'm really glad you like the feature!
You had me at the Courage the cowardly dog reference
