It's being discussed, but I don't have any more info at this time.

We had NA servers a while back but their usage was so low that the high price of servers in the US (about triple the price in the EU) was not worth it, unfortunately. Currently, we have no plans to reintroduce servers outside of the EU. We may do so when we introduce Eco to asia and get asia servers.

Actually a lot of NA people play on the EU official servers with zero issues.

No, this not currently possible and at least at the moment there also aren't any plans for it.

The chimney blocks currently only work for the chimney housing object, but we do plan to expand this to pipes.

You need to have a solid roof without roof blocks and those on top, the roof blocks itself do not seal the room and hence count as a empty block, reducing tier. This will be fixed in the future.

The holiday changes will be reverted with 9.2. It's not possible to turn it off manually, but once we got a event system in for such events, they will be time-based instead.

The official servers all have a fixed ending date in their server names.

As Eco is solely about real players playing together, building a society and collaborate, we have no plans to introduce NPCs to the game. We do plan to improve possibilitites for singleplayers, but the focus is clearly on multiplayer, hence a dedicated singleplayer mode is not planned either.

Unfortunately only Steam can refund games here on Steam, if that was unsuccessful there is nothing that can be done.

The menu doesn't vanish when being offline (but maybe I misunderstand you?), you just can't login / start a game / join a game as all of these actions check the license. (E.g. opening a singleplayer server does so as well, singleplayer is simply a server locally) Whatever you experience, it is a different issue.

For the other posts: As i stated before singleplayer has nothing to do with DRM, there is a lot of singleplayer games that require you to login online. I get that you don't like that, I do neither personally, but it's company decision to have it this way. Both sides have reasonable arguments.

You can either rent or host a local server (if your network settings and your provider allows) to play with other people.

This is working fine for me, there doesn't seem to be a problem we can influence, unfortunately.

Also, despite trying really hard i did not understand your problem at all. I guess you tried to revert to some old version? From one of the hotfixes to 9.1? No idea. In case that's the case, you will - as with all reverts - need to uninstall the game, delete the whole game folder (usually Steam/steamapps/common/Eco) and reinstall the game at the desired version. Please note that savegames cannot be downgraded, it's not supported, even though in some cases it may work. If you want to save them, save the Steam/steamapps/common/Eco/Eco_Data/Server/Storage directory and restore it after you followed the reinstall steps.

And no - we indeed cannot restore files deleted by you.

For your issue:
Please contact our support at [email protected] (we are on christmas holidays though, hence don't expect us getting back to you in lightspeed, we're back on January 7).

Other than that please note that all the spam you posted with lots of totally ununderstabable and nonsense text (totally ignoring all the weird insults and inacceptable behaviour on top) in the past few weeks is not really acceptable. I've refrained from action for a very long time, but in the last few days it simply has become too much.

Yes, you can download just the server on our SLG website or on Steam Tools. Or via SteamCMD: steamcmd.exe +login anonymous +app_update 739590 validate +quit (If that doesnt work for you, you need to check on your side, we use it for our official servers and it works very fine)
