Yes, you need to hold a title that can create global markers via ingame-means.
You can also use an admin command: /land markglobal

Update 9.1.2 fixed this, so you do no longer need to edit your configs.

Update 9.1.2 has been released and fixes the following issues:
  • Fixed crash that could occur when updating a server into different localization
  • Fixed bug with server configs where it was possible to have 0 experience requirement for specialties
  • Fixed bug with placing ramps inside trees

I'd recommend to set the CraftResourceModifier to 0.8 for just two players as well.

He should get XP automatically. Are you talking about housing XP? He needs to claim his own house and have furniture on it to receive housing XP. It cannot be shared currently, but in the next Update.

This specific generator is a solar tower, does not create pollution and uses water correctly. We might add a different solar power option in the future, but there is no current plans for this.

I'd also request you to voice your opinion a bit more respectful in the future.

  • Fixed inability to pick up Ballot Box and Executive Office
