We're happy to announce the release of Update 9.1 containing lots of improvements and bugfixes. We've been monitoring your feedback on Update 9.0 closely since release and have already begun work on Update 9.2, introducing a few cool new additions to the game and expected to be released in December. Stay tuned for hints in the coming weeks.

You can find all changes in this version in the following changelog. We wish you lots of fun with this release, stay safe!

Features:
  • Elections can now contain multiple provisions. IE: add a law, remove a demographic, and update an election, process, etc in a single election.
  • A special privilege is granted during a new constitution election, allowing any civic object addition to be attached to that election. Allows the founding constitution to configure multiple aspects of government at once.
  • Added new properties to Election Processes to instant-finish with success/fail if the...

That's correct.

Hey,
boats are being worked on currently and hopefully make it into 10.0. It will only be one or two for the start until we revisit it later.

Trains are something we want to do and chances especially for minecarts are very good, but don't count on it before leaving Early Access.

Aircraft is not planned and i don't see chances for it to be implemented.

Du kannst früher oder später alles lernen, aber für den Singleplayer möchtest du die Skillrate vielleicht etwas höher stellen (und auf jeden Fall auf "No Collaboration" basieren), damit es schneller geht.

To change the permissions, if I remember correctly, one way is to hold a land claim stake in your hand, stand on the property, and press E

The XP stuff changes in 9.2 with residents, but you get a penalty of 10% per additional person living on the deed. And you can only have one residency claim.

^ That's correct.

The reason is that the Upgrade Modules are the less immersive way to increase productivity. For the mining stuff we have improved work tables in tiers to make the resource cost more effective. This might become the default for all work tables in the far future, but obviously requires the making of a lot of new work tables.

thoughd about picking up the game again but nah, not gonna waste electricity on this one. cpu is chilling at 20-30% utilisation.

yet another indiegame wich never gets optimised.
The game is not struggling in the main menu, the main menu is not CPU limited at all and GPUs go insane calculating the scene, utilizing all they can. In 9.1 the scene is limited to 30 fps until we remade the scene to be a bit less taxing on your GPUs. So that's known and fixed.

Not to mention that games get fully optimised when they are switching stages from Early Access to Release - which we are still quite... Read more

We'll never know. It's some planet somewhere in the universe. Stuff seems to work differently there. :)

Because GoG is so much fairer than Steam and a great place to get DRM-free software, which is a very valid reason. I buy games i can there as well. As we sell our game via our website and do not plan to have a version without authenticiation due to online features we won't have it there for now, though. Doesn't mean i don't like and sympathise with GoG.

No, there won't be a version that does not require authentication with our servers.
