Am I missing something here? Showcase says "The Statuette: Scion of Bal will be available in the Crown Store FREE, exclusively to ESO Plus Members on all platforms for a limited time, from March 4 at 10am EST to April 1 at 10am EDT" But I can't see it.



We are working on getting this resolved. It will be up later today for console and on Monday after the patch is complete for PC.

Hey everyone,

The following FAQ is based on questions that our official ESO Stream Team members recently asked during a meeting on February 16 (Week 4 of PTS testing) with developers and ESO Community Managers. The most common questions have been reflected here for public use. Note that some questions that refer to "future testing" may already have been scrapped or are still being tested before it reaches Live.

As a reminder, CP 2.0 will be on the Live Servers on March 8 for PC/Mac and on March 16 for PS4/Xbox One. Numbers are always subject to change based on feedback and Live balance.

1. Will the CP 2.0 cap raising to 3600 mean all our CP from 1.0 will scale up? Is the experience growth in CP2.0 different from CP1.0?

The image of the new Symphony of Blades arms pack has me curious. I understand that showing some of the weapons in a promo image seems to make more sense than showing the boss/miniboss. Is the pack only going to include those 3 weapons, or will we also be getting a staff & 2 handed weapon in the pack too, as with the others that have previously been released?



Just confirming it has a 2 hander and staff style not shown. You'll be able to preview the arms pack when it goes up on the store as well.

PTS Maintenance - March 2 @ 10am EST

Just wanted to give you a heads up that we'll be taking the PTS offline for maintenance tomorrow, March 2 at 10am EST to hotfix a high memory usage issue found on the server. Quest "The Thin Ones" bug.

Hey there folks,

As mentioned here, we are investigating reports of an issue with the quest, The Thin Ones, in Shadowfen where Gorag does not spawn properly.

For now, we recommend trying the quest again later as the NPC may spawn correctly in a later instance of the quest.
