You will need a check from the bank anyway. You can find the transaction you are looking for by the word Xsolla. Payments go through them and their name appears in the payee

right now the only way is to repeatedly ask the support for a email change. if you get lucky they will ask you for proof of purchase and some other information and then they let you change the e-mail. with the support times it could take months though.

Hello. As far as I can see you have no problem with the mail. Use complex unique passwords and two-factor authentication for your email, and your mailbox will be safe. So there is no reason to change email.

Hello. You need to make a bug report through the launcher with a DETAILED (more detailed than your post) description and logs. Also write, please, if you went to a raid after that, when it approximately happened, etc.
