Hello. Error 208 would have prevented you from even logging into the launcher. Maybe you still get a different error (228, for example)? Could you send a screenshot of it?

The support service on the site (tickets through the site and the launcher) usually responds in less than one day. Can you write your ticket number?

The support usually responds within 1 day. Support e-mail - about 1 business day.

The swap file is required anyway. And if it's installed on a faster disk, it's better.

Objectively speaking, the resource of modern SSDs allows you to use a swap file on them, because you will buy a new SSD faster than any problems with the used one will appear.
