Hello.

You don't need access to your old email. Contact your payment system (for example, the bank from whose card you paid) to receive a statement of the transaction.

The transaction will be marked as Xsolla, by the way.

UPD:
I saw your other comment. You need to contact the person who bought the game for you to receive a receipt from him. Or, provide screenshots of how the key was transferred to you

Apparently, you were unable to provide proof of account ownership. Otherwise, access would have been returned without problems.

Hello, you need to write a NEW letter to the email address [email protected] enclosing the following information:

- If you have made any purchases for this account, please send the screenshot of the receipt of purchase. Please make sure the payment system interface and Xsolla transaction numbers are clearly visible.
- Also need a screenshot of the receipt from your payment system or online bank, with which you paid for the purchase.
- The e-mail address that was initially used for registering this account, and account creation date.
- History of account username changes.
- If the account has access to the game, please provide the playable character name as well.
- Any additional info that you think will prove your ownership of this account.
