Why does the process stop and wait for the anti cheat to respond, if they dont respond why cant the investigation continue in a way that you see fit, im sure they dont tell you why i was banned, but you can say whether or not im banned on a HWID level because im sure you have a rough idea why i was banned be it "Third Party Anti Cheat" in that case, case closed for whatever reason, but if its from an in house man then why would it not be able to be investigated.

If the players says they have raised a request with Battle eye two months ago and hasn't had a response why cant the player contact you for assistance with your outsourced anti-cheat? Two months indicates they don't care about your customers/player base.
