Thanks for checking, I took a look on this type and I see it too. I spot checked some ships earlier.
I will re-generate the SDE and do another check, I’ll update this post if I generate a new one with the right data.

Update: New and up to date SDE is now available at the URL, https://web.ccpgamescdn.com/aws/community/sde-SINGULARITY_Apr29.zip

I checked both the Neurolink Protection Cell and Capital Core Temperature Regulator blueprints, and they have the expected changes.

Greetings Capsuleers,

Welcome to this special Fanfest edition of the Community Beat! This time next week, many of you will already have descended on the rock to meet your friends, corpmates, and EVE Online developers. You‘ve been able to feel the vibe of Fanfest’s return around the office for many weeks, but we are growing increasingly excited to actually high-five old friends and make new connections over the event week. A lot is going on, so if you have not already, do make sure to check out the Fanfest 2022 Megablog[www.eveonline.com] we released earlier.

Hi Capsuleers,

We have just launched a new update to Singularity today that covers some further iterations to this upcoming update for manufacturing and ship blueprints.Of note, there have been changes made to two components:

  • Capital Core Temperature Regulator has had the input of the core temperature regulator dropped to 70 units (from 250).
  • Neurolink Protection Cell has had the input of the genetic safeguard filter reduced to 5 units (from 20).

The manufacturing of Capital ships has also been adjusted, this affects Carriers, Dreadnoughts, and Force Auxiliaries.
In short these changes to capital manufacturing are to set clearly the manufacturing cost ratios of the classes, where the order of cheapest to most expensive to manufacture for capital ships will follow:
Dreadnoughts->Carriers->Force Auxiliaries.

There have been many material changes to the blueprints, and we have provided a new Static Data Export (...

You know the minute you get war decked that you need to start preparing. High sec gets far more notice in that regard than anybody else.

For years players have said citadels replaced outposts and POS - but neither replaced either one close enough. I personally liked where this was headed as if you remove the fact that POS use stront and M citadels use a digital timer, their RF and kill cycle would be pretty dang close → therefore we would finally have a replacement for POS or very very close - these changes fix the one drawback to the old POS where you could only go a max of 1D 17H without checking on it to see if it was RF’d - you get notifications either way - but the same rule applies - now the time between RF and kill is a bit longer - allows you to find friends get ready etc. but it stilll leans more towards full POS replacement.

Based on feedback we are going to be increasing the new minimum armor reinforcement durations for Medium-sized structures as follows:

  • Medium structure in Wormhole/Triglavian system: 2.5 days (was going to be 1.5 days)
  • Medium structure in Null-sec system: 3.5 days (was going to be 2.5 days)
  • Medium structure in Low-sec system: 3.5 days (was going to be 2.5 days)

This will give Medium-sized structure owners slightly longer advance notice of a defensive requirement.

Additionally the random jitter time which is applied when picking the reinforcement exit time for Medium structures is being reduced to +/- 1.5 hours - so a potential window of 3 hours (down from +/- 3 hours - a potential window of 6 hours). This will narrow the uncertainty of the exit time for the defenders, making their choice of exit hour more meaningful.

Fellow Capsuleers,

After four incredibly long years, it is finally time to welcome you to our home in Reykjavik for EVE Fanfest! Next week, pilots from across the globe will be descending on the rock in force to paint the town in exclusive New Eden fashion (please expect some TiDi at local pubs). Together, we will celebrate the 19th anniversary of EVE Online and – most importantly – the fantastic community that inhabits its universe.

We are returning to a familiar location this year. The Laugardalshöll venue hosted many EVE Fanfest events in the past, and it will take on a recognizable look thanks to our generous hosts from the Caldari State. The schedule is packed with presentations, roundtables, wacky events, parties, and other activities that we all love when attending EVE Fanfest.

For everyone who cannot make it to meet with us in person, we will have a live broadcast of the event on ...

That is correct - this year we are allowing the options for those who wish to stay remote.
