We are currently testing a fix for this issue, once confirmed it will be released ASAP.

The plan is that once this is patched through, it will make any dead ends that were intended to be a Treasure Guardian appear as one. If this dead end has already been cleared, then you won’t need to complete the battle again, you can just collect the treasure.

Once we have any more information or should the detail of the fix change, we will post again.

This is not a bug, but an intentional design choice.

In short, it is to help with the game balancing so certain effects don’t become too overpowered or underpowered as a result.

If you haven’t already please submit a ticket. In my experience players who have “lost” large sums of Gold have spent it on Kingdoms or their Guilds.

I’ll ask the team tomorrow but such a tiny amount of accounts have come near the cap and they’ve all been checked so this shouldn’t be a concern for most people.

If you’re personally nearing 2.1 billion gold on your account and need help before a fix is released, reach out and we’ll adjust your account balance, although spending it would probably be the more beneficial way to handle it :slight_smile:

Cheating is things like using third party tools to play the game or modifying game files. The only info we give about this is here: https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000348076-Hacking-or-cheating-in-Gems-of-War

The reason we don’t get any more specific than that is so that we don’t assist people who come up with tools and cheats for the game to bypass our hack detection. But all of these are based on modifying the game or using third party tools.

These things are being treated as separate issues, I understand it may look like they’re not because the problem is every time the gold cap issue is reported on the forum, a specific game account that is banned keeps coming up and we can’t discuss it. It’s already h...

  • Please let me know if you were able to use the Summoned Troop at all?
  • Please tell me if the Summoned Troop took any Action? (Either for you or for the enemy team)
  • What gamemode was this battle occurring in?
  • Please provide your Invite Code

@esabreen I have your ticket and will get back to you ASAP. In the meantime, if they are not playing on a Sony PQ3 account then they cannot invite you to their Kingdom.

There is only crossplay between PC, Mobile & Xbox. There is no crossplay between those platforms and Sony.

There isn’t a new Halloween armor, the text had carried over from the previous Halloween event when these were new.

And yes, it should not be appearing as purchasable if you bought it last event - this was passed on at the same time as the incorrect text.

I just got informed today that one of our senior programmers is working on this issue at the moment. Will update with any further news once we have a fix.
