As said above, we’re aware that some users will not yet have their forum badges. Contrary to my previous post, there’s no need to contact us - we have a list of account names and will be applying their badges over the next week or so. Apologies for the delay!

As the issue appears to have been fully resolved for everyone in this thread, I’m going to update the thread by marking a post as a solution. On behalf of everyone here at EHG I’d like to say thank you for your patience as we worked on a solution for this.

We're still in the process of determining what will be included as part of the next patch to better prioritize work over the short-term.

had a look through the output logs the crash was caused by a unity generic acceptation. as of such, I don’t have a lead on it yet, seeing this error pop up more recently. do u know what patch number stopped working for u?

Not sure how often you’ve been playing and finding chat not working for you; the chat server has had a few technical issues, and recently migrated to different hardware.

If chat’s currently working for you I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

hey, all I wanted to clear up some of the ambiguity and lack of information on my part :wink:
first of I just wanted to let u lot know that if you’re having any weird issues feel free to get in contact with me about it. anyway into it :wink:

memory allocation
memory allocation is how much vram can be dedicated to the texture streaming system. so for example if your graphics card has 2GB and the memory allocation is set to dynamic the game will get that graphics card memory. as a safety measure, the dynamic system is always 256mb less than the total vram u have. as of such, we have given u the option to manually select a higher vram amount. (disregarding the -256mb safety) this way if u know what your vram is u can set it and not ...

If any game experiences instability with an overclock in place that is resolved by the overclock being removed, that would mean the overclock is not stable for all workloads. Either reducing the overclock or increasing the voltage could potentially prevent further crashing.

Please note we can cannot officially support overclocking, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage which may be caused to overclocked hardware as that is outside of our control.

Could I please ask which Operating System you have? The troubleshooting which would be relevant are quite different depending on which OS your computer is using.

Can I ask if you restarted the game client prior to regretting the log? The file is recreated when the game client is opened and the log doesn’t contain much information.

Is this something that happens consistently or has it just happened once so far?

Yea, we have a lot of talks about pets still. We’re looking at all sorts of options for them right now and we aren’t really locked in to an option yet. We’re testing some things out internally right now but I’ll see if we can get some sort of update on the plan.

Currently we are planning on having individual loot per person. We have talked about making this an option that could be turned off or some sort of hybrid option too but for now the plan is just individual loot for everyone.
