I’m seeing devouring orb ignite multiple enemies. Or were you wondering if an orb could ignite the same enemy multiple times?

Penance is working for me. It’s expected that it won’t show up in the Character Sheet because it does not add a chance to apply bleed to all hits; Penance only adds a chance to bleed for melee and thrown attacks.
It appears that Flash of Brilliance is giving 3% increased blind chance instead of +3% blind chance.

What zone is this in? For the most part objects that can get between the player and the camera can’t be clicked on but there are some that we need to fix manually.
If you find this kind of issue in other places, screenshots are very helpful! There isn’t a great way to fix all of the exceptions at once so knowing where to look helps out.
Moving this to Feedback and Suggestions. There are more skills planned for all classes, and there will be more work put into passives over time as well.
That’s working as intended-- sounds like our description of the effect doesn’t quite line up with what people are expecting then.
Could you screenshot your quest log? There’s a lot of story content that hasn’t been implemented, so you aren’t ever in the Divine era except at the start of the game.

Feedback aside, I’d like to point out that you can already move the overlay minimap with the arrow keys and recenter with a TAB press, this should make your current sessions easier
We changed the visuals of Erasing Strike and its Void Rifts in Patch 0.7.0d-- can you all try it again? They’re spawning correctly for us, they were just hard to see.

Also warpath when using a controller has been reworked. Both fixes are coming in the next patch

This is not a design decision; it is a technical limitation we are working on overcoming.
A character which specializes in boss killing will be able to defeat normal enemies, just as one which focuses on regular enemies will be capable of killing bosses.
I’d further note that some (most?) builds won’t have such a narrow focus.
