These already sound way better than the initially proposed ones. Going over a few champions:

Bard: all solid, I'd love to see something interesting done with R, but might be tough to nail that one even if coding for the actual detection wasn't a problem

Blitzcrank: 1 and 2 are solid, 3 isn't as exciting, even in the fully rekindled version imho

Evelynn: I only like 1 here, 3 is 'okay' while I'd say 2 is the most lacking here. Suggestion: Isolated targets taken out. Since Evelynn is often about catching people off guard in their rotation it would be fitting to have a tracker for that imho.

Ezreal: solid, not 100% certain on 2 but I think it's alright

Gnar: solid, future one could include something like initiations through a double bounce transform

Graves: 2 doesn't sound all that exciting, don't exactly have a good suggestion for him though

Ivern: I ...

Thanks Dark-dragon this kind of feedback is super helpful. Really appreciate you taking the time to think about all of these champions and write up your thoughts. Have forwarded this to Xenogenic and we’ll definitely be reviewing these. :)

Great suggestion. Appreciate the feedback. :)

This exactly. We don’t want to restrict designers from making the right changes for a given champion. For players that have the “legacy” stones, they’ll have a unique way of showing players that they’re and old school main or fan of a particular champ.

Man I wish all this reddit hype about alternate game modes translated into people actually playing them as much as TFT.

Which champs do you play? Let's talk about the Eternals you don't like :)

Alright thanks. Just a feedback - these wide gaps with no new champions is very weird, like there is nothing to look forward too.
Development can be very unpredictable like maybe you cannot time it but I loved the cadence of 2016 or 2017 when we would have a new champion every other month. That was the best phase.
I hope you guys can return to it.

Right now, the only time I played in last 2-3 weeks was Elderwood Ahri skin but that phase also passed because the champions I like (Lux Ahri) will now get skins only next year.
So I don't know but lack of new content (new champions) feels dull.

Also, please can you focus on control mages and explore themes of a weather mage or lightining mage.
And make champions on folk lores. These folk lore champion themes were like instant connection (Ahri)

We just released Morde VGU, Qiyana and Pantheon VGU all basically back to back

R: "I'm handling it, dear."

X: "Are you?"

R: "I was, I--- I will."

"Never been here before, but last time I was, it was just the same"

PROJECT Pyke honestly has too many good quotes to list

I did a small talk on this subject, but it was one of the most important lessons I learned at Nintendo: Making something FEEL random is a lot different than actually being random.

Simplest example: You're playing Mario Party and roll the dice 5 times. All 5 times it comes up 1. Is it broken? Random? Not random? What if it happens 10 times in a row? Totally statistically possible, but certainly doesn't FEEL random. So we would often implement tables/checks in place to prevent that, which means its not true random anymore.

Pretty interesting topic in game design :)
