I do need to do some confirming though as people are confused: I'm in Berlin. I landed secretly yesterday and slept very well on the plane. Shouldn't have jet-lag issues despite a pretty tight travel schedule.

My esports sleep schedule in Korea perfectly prepared me for this moment =p

We tested this in development. We decided against it for a couple reasons:

  1. Lillia doesn’t need an effective dash. Being fast should be her thing, and committing to a longer range dash would mean she couldn’t be quite as fast.
  2. Her animation for W doesn’t support going very far, and when we tested the long range version it was more similar to a “leap” which would imply it would go over walls. Lillia going over walls isn’t okay long-term.
  3. The learnability of the W range was very poor. Since the movement speed was constantly changing, understanding W range was difficult for anyone with smart cast. And the ability was up too frequently to receive a “Warwick R” circle, as you would have it on your screen at all times.
  4. Lillia W is her moment to stop moving, which is important for opponents who want to know when she is hittable. In exchange, Lillia gets a hard hitting ability. If she was able to continue moving fast/far while using this abilit...
