It's an incomplete feature that only some champs (and only some spells on those champs) have the appropriate data for. You will also notice a few other oddities littered throughout tooltips currently. For example, sometimes you will see icons as scalers and sometimes you won't.
I can't promise exactly when, but all champs WILL get this in the future. I'll provide technical details in a followup comment.

The current indicator is there to designate the landing spot (vertical line and shadow on the ground), not the AoE. You're supposed to be able to have a general guess at the radius and walk out of it, without the spell having to overly announce its arrival. If everything was showing circles in this game, it would clutter teamfights even more.

The wall on live currently has a cast time, also range, size, and duration are all subject to change and not noted here. If we thought this was directionally good we'll do our due diligence to make sure that it's not miserable to play against or anything like that

Please keep in mind that you're also affecting a jungler. He is a giga-scaling mage that can threat the whole map and his main weakness in jungle is that he can't directly gank you. You're basically removing that. Grounding is REALLY strong and not only that he also gets a ranged Poppy W. It's crazy.

These are part of a bundle of mid iteration changes with a tooltip that accidentally went to PBE. Sorry! List includes stuff like tick rate on E from 1/s to 4/s.

No guarantees anything sticks around but I'd love to hear what you all think!

(I'll try to get a list out as soon as I can)

Edit: Note that this would not be the full changelist, we know Karthus Jungle is still quite strong without any possible buffs.

We have been carefully monitoring players getting banned for inting. No one should have been receiving bans for dying to this since Friday. I can't say for sure what process player support has for helping reverse lp loss or bans. Please file a ticket with support if you were hit with that.

Can confirm, have lived in both. NYC is ~20% more expensive. Cali isn't that homogenous though. I choose to live close to the office, which I pay a price for. Many choose to live further away and commute to save on rent/mortgage.

Hi, sorry this happened to you. We are aware and have been working on fixes for this. Thanks for posting, I'll make sure player support sees this game as well.

Edit: Hey all, thanks for the replies. I can't speak to what we will do or how we will rectify this issue. I'm a gameplay programmer and not on player support. All I can say is that we are aware and are looking to take positive action to help players and this problem. Sorry I can't give any more info!

I know it started doing this a couple patches ago (unless he currently was holding a Cho R) but sad to see it officially go :((

Edit: /u/RiotSquad5 confirmed it's actually returning to permanently grant stacks rather than only gaining the bonuses while "holding" Cho R.

Patch note is wrong. Fixed it so this interaction works again, not made it so it doesn't.

Possibly. The risk here is that hybrid becomes optimal and it's better than full tank is currently. Pure AP was roughly 5-6% lower in winrate than tank was in the jungle if I remember correctly so we figured there was some generous room to make it a more viable playstyle.
