There was a tentative fix implemented in last night’s downtime to address the de-sync issue but it doesn’t look like it resolved it for everyone. The team’s going to continue investigating the issue.

Heh, yeah it’s a bit embarrassing that we released those unintentionally. We’ll get those finished nicely before they appear again.
And yes we definitely understand that there should be more to do at level 60. Keep an eye out for future announcements.
I’ve forwarded it to the team, when I have an update, I’ll reply here.
Team is aware
They’ve been re-enabled for players with existing server transfer tokens.
Sent this over to the team, thank you!
Players should be able to transfer worlds now if they have an existing server transfer token. Thank you for your patience!

We’re definitely aware of this and we agree that capturing and defending the control points should award players with score points for doing so. This is a change we want to make in the future but it’s a bit more involved, so we don’t have a timeline for this change to share with you at the moment.
We are actively working on this - latest update here:

They will not gain an additional perk. I think that would potentially devalue legendary items and the chase for them too much. Once players level up mutators or their Expertise, they will be able to earn a fair amount of Umbral Shards quickly. So they could potentially upgrade a lot of 590+ items in the hunt for a good perk roll. We don’t want the Umbral system to be a source for “new” gear, but rather a path to upgrade gear.
Confirmed with the team working on this that they are actively working on the fix. Unfortunately, the fix touches a lot of important files, and we have to be careful so that you end up in a state where you can progress without collateral damage from the touched files.
Since I don’t have first hand work on the fix, I asked one of the team members working on this as to what you can expect with this change once it has gone through validation testing and is ready for release:
“We are fixing the bug so players can continue to progress, right now most players should be able to progress on faction missions and get to rank 3. When we push the fix, they’ll be able to do the mission they were blocked on and get all the way to rank 5. This situation made us reconsider the design on faction reputation when switching back to a former faction, and in the future when you switch factions we will NOT remove rank. This work is being completed and will be released simultaneously.”

Read moreI have good news for everyone who doesn’t like “meatball spam!” A fix is coming Soon™. Right now there’s a bug causing the Brute’s Corrupted Ball (or meatball, as you’ve all come to affectionately know it) to get spammed a lot more frequently than we’d like. When this is fixed, the Brute’s should be much less likely to hurl these towards players who are already inside of the Outposts.
Does it not help to turn down the Shadow Details or Effects settings to Low?
I’d like players to play as naturally as possible without having to worry about getting the killing blow. With the scoring changes I suggested above, if you dealt the most damage to the enemy then you’ll get score representative of that contribution to the kill. Hopefully that would solve the existing pain point and encourage players to focus less on killing blows and more on killing the enemy team!
Hello and thank you for your insights on how voice acting can affect the way a story is told in games.
We are planning ongoing voiceover support as we develop new content, and it’s certainly not going away. We see voice acting not only as a way to bring our characters to life but to provide an accessible means of digesting the text of the game. Your patience is appreciated on this matter, and looking to the future we want to make our lore and story even more available to players of all types.
