Make all ghosts get slightly faster over time if they are chasing a player (except Revenant)

The Ghosts will only get slightly faster if it sees you for a long time. If you are not getting the Ghost to chase you down a hallway or looping it then the Ghost will remain the same speed it is now.

Don't make the Ghost move at the start of the hunt to stop confusion
