After I get through the battle eye launcher, it goes straight to a Vulkan error message saying to update my graphics card. It already is updated, but it still keeps saying the same thing. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with and without the hd textures pack. I'm able to run siege just fine on this computer, so I'm not sure what else I need to do.

Hey there Volstix! I can see that you've received an update on your support ticket (12088350). Can you let us know if those steps worked?

If not and the issue still persists, could you upload a DxDiag and MSinfo to your support ticket and let me know when that's been done? We can then take a closer look.

Hello there ArcherADK!

Thank you for your report! Our team are aware of this issue, and are investigating further. Could you please make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date?

Please be informed that the technical test is now over. I still recommend updating your drivers for when you are able to contend again in the future! If the issue persists once you able to access the game again, please don't hesitate to update us!

Hello and warm welcomes to the forums, everyone! As my colleague mentioned above, our team is aware of this Vulkan error. However, in the meantime I strongly recommend manually updating your graphics card drivers via AMD's website and ensuring that you have the latest version of Windows installed. Many thanks for your continued patience and understanding while our teams continue to investigate this error.

Hey Paul061991! If you've updated your graphics card drivers (AMD/NVIDIA), please make sure you've also switched to your computer's dedicated GPU.

Thanks for confirming that, Superfly1309.

I've taken a look at your DxDiag and it appears you do not meet the minimum requirements to run the game.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Hi everyone,

Ive merged a lot of threads into this one mega thread about the Vulkan.dll issue you are all experiencing.

For the Vulkan.dll file is missing error and the “vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties2 could not be located” message, we advise to please to make sure your GPU card is supported at the minimum systems spec requirements here -
https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/fa...r-Hyper-Scape/ and that it has the latest driver updates.

The game team are aware of this and they are currently working on a fix.

@demonord24332 Hey! Sorry to hear that you are getting this Vulkan error, do you get the option to run the game without using Vulkan?

If so does the game run ok?

Additionally what driver version are you using for your graphics card?

Thank you and we look forward to your reply.
