Hi QueenKatsuki! Please note that the TTS is currently closed. You will be able to access the TTS once the server becomes available again. We recommend keeping an eye on the Siege Twitter and Facebook for information about when the TTS will be live once again.

I'm sorry to hear that the TTS for Rainbow Six: Siege is not shown in your games library anymore.
I can confirm that the TTS will only be visible during active TTS phases. Therefore you should be able to see and access the TTS as soon as a new test phase starts.

As advised, the TTS server version of the game will only be visible whilst the TTS is active.

All of you should have access to the TTS. If it is still not in your library, please reinstall the Uplay client.

Hello! The TTS should be available if you own R6S under the Ubisoft account. It should only be available while the R6 TTS is up. If you are still missing the TTS, try reinstalling Uplay.

It doesn't I'm afraid, no. It is ownership of the game itself that allows players to join the Test Server.

Hello everyone! I've just spent some time checking everyone's accounts that has commented here since one of my colleagues last commented. I've outlined below my findings - please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!

I do believe the TS should be available and accessible to you. Can you please let me know if you can find the TS in your Uplay PC library? Can you check for me if you have perhaps hidden it from view in Uplay PC?

It will need to be downloaded separate to the base game and it should be visible in your library.

The TTS only went up in the last hour, I've made sure you both have the TTS in your library so you should be able to access it

The TTS can only be downloaded, installed and launched whilst the TTS is live and it is not live yet. Keep an eye on the TTS reddit here and as soon it's live we'll post an update. If you still don't have access after this point please reach out to us again. Thanks!

I've checked both your accounts and it appears as though this is now resolved for both of you.

For anyone else who was experiencing an issue with the TTS being expired or unable to be downloaded this should now be resolved. The TTS can only be accessed once it's live and it's only been live for a couple of hours.

If you are still missing the TTS now please let me know.

I can see you have the Test Server on your Ubisoft account, however the Test Server is not active currently.

Hey guys, thanks for reaching out and apologies about the delayed response.

I've had a look at each of your accounts and can see Test Server there, so you should be able to access it when it's live, however ensure that you do so through Ubisoft Connect launcher otherwise it will not work.

If issue persists however, send us a screenshot over showing this and we will take a look!
