It will tell you the reason for the ban along the top of the Main menu.

If you were banned for team killing, then this ban cannot be removed you will need to wait until the ban has expired before you'll be able to play again.

There are not automatic permanent bans for toxicity. There are automatic temporary bans that last for thirty minutes or two hours, but any permanent ban involved an investigation by Ubisoft team members.

Hey dewie2. If you previously tried to appeal your ban upon receiving it at support.ubi.com and the appeal was denied, the ban will remain permanent and will not be removed at any time. If an error has been made then of course you will be unbanned.

Regarding any other cheating or misconduct you have experienced - These are also all taken seriously. We recommend that players report using the in-game scoreboard, but we also accept videos to quicken the moderation process.

It is not correct that we willingly allow toxic behaviour. We have all witnessed atrocious conduct in-game such as racism and homophobia... It genuinely makes us sad and we're always fighting against it.

Again I appreciate this is a frustrating experience for you. I would like to reassure you that maintaining a happy gaming environment is a big priority for us.

Then I looked up if auto hot key is allowed on rainbow six siege on the web and people said it isn't and people also got banned for trying to bind some other keys on their keyboards. I don't want to waste 115 hours and 20euros on a game that I am going to get banned for binding my keys. I had no idea auto hot key can get me banned. I'd rather die to grenades and not being able to run away them than getting perm banned. I think it is unfair that I didn't get any warnings when launching auto hot key with rainbow six siege. I am asking for you to look into this and possibly get me unbanned. I'm going go return my keyboard and get a new one because when I hopefully get unbanned I still want to be able to play properly.

I just wanted to know if the staff will reply to this appeal even though its in English? I've got a E-mail that my ticket was submitted but it was also in all French. I live in Belgium so I think that's why its all in French but I am scared that they won't read my appeal because its not in French.
