My ping to the datacenter weu is over 100. Getting a lot of errors trying to find a match, has been so since a few days before 2.1.

Usually my ping is around 15 to the data center. But my ping to an external TS server at the same time is 15. so I feel something is wrong.

Hey Psychedelicha, welcome to the forums!

If you suspect the enemy team were exploiting the game to make your team disconnect, then you can always report the players of that team to us. You can do this via our Support Website or in-game.

I am sorry this happened to you guys. While it may have been a coincidence, I know how frustrating it is regardless. Support is unable to restore any lost ELO or points as a result of this issue.

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I do hope I have helped in some way!

Hey there UnchartedSpoon, thanks for reaching out!

I know how annoying it is to play against people who gain an unfair advantage. I am sorry you had to go through that. The development team are always working on new ways to prevent this type of behavior, and your feedback is appreciated.

I have removed them from your post, but I will forward these names to our securities team for investigation. Please note, we can only communicate the outcome of the investigation to the sanctioned players.

I hope you continue to enjoy the game, and please feel free to contact us again with any further reports.

I definitely understand that it's frustrating to receive an abandonment penalty when the cause was a disconnection. I can't speculate about whether this was a DDoS, but if you have proof or evidence please consider sending it to our team.

We cannot remove temporary bans, and we cannot add or remove MMR from any accounts.

Hi bubalex54! We are dedicated to ensuring a positive gaming experience and maintaining the integrity of the game. If you encounter a player you suspect of effecting the connection, please do report them to us. For reporting players, the best way to do this is in-game. See our FAQ on how to do that here. If you were not able to report in-game, can you please create a support ticket on our support website with any video evidence here. Thanks!

Hello everyone! For DDoS reports, you can reach out to the Ubisoft Support Facebook or Twitter page, or submit a ticket.
Please note that Ubisoft Support is unable to alter MMR in any form in response to these reports. These reports are passed on to the R6 team to be looked into. Per our privacy policy, we are unable to disclose the outcome of reports to players other than those affected by the investigation. We appreciate your concern regarding the rise of DDoS reports, and I can assure you the R6 team is investigating it. Please also note that Naming and Shaming is against the forum rules.

I have Reported over 7 Cases against Dos Attacked 7 & Nothing has been Done.
Same people are dos attacking Ranked Lobbies over & over.
Whats the point of having Ubisoft Support If you Guys Dont do anything?
What are you guys supporting? I feel like @ this point Ubisoft Support doesnt care to actually
I am sorry you feel that way Linkawk. As I mentioned above, we are unable to share the outcome of your reports. We sincerely appreciate you reaching out and providing your reports for the team. Each report is reviewed on a case by case basis, and some may take longer than others.

I will be closing this thread, as DDoS reports and other cheater reports are not handled through the forums. If you have any questions regarding reports, you can reach out to the Facebook or Twitter page for assistance. Thanks!

Hey there SudsyWhistle961, please be advised that we are not able to discuss nor investigate account sanctions in-depth via these forums. However, I can confirm that for any temporary sanctions, such as abandonment penalties, these will need to expire before you are able to play the game again.

I am unsure what the clip you have shows, but if you do wish to present this to me for further investigation, please send me a PM. Thank you.

Hi there! Sorry, but we can't take DDoS reports over the forums. I highly recommend making a report privately to our team on one of the following three pages: twitter, facebook, or our support portal.

There is such a thing as server stressing which can occur from DoS or DDoS attacks. Please note, though, that we can't accept player reports on our forums! You will want to make a report privately to our team on Facebook or Twitter.

Hmmm, interesting, never seen a cheat that adjusted the opposite team's FPS. That's new for me. Can you take this information and bring it to Ubisoft Support so they can make a note of it? Gonna keep a close eye on this and see if anyone else experiences something similar. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!

Hey screamthekid, welcome to the forums!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry that this is happening to you. There are some steps you can take to prevent these issues, as it isn't always the result of a cheater or a server hiccup. Please follow the steps in this FAQ to ensure the best connection to our servers.

If these issues persist, please feel free to get back to us and we will investigate further!

Hey there, welcome to the forums! I understand how tiresome it is to encounter cheaters and DDoSers in your ranked matches, especially when it usually ends up with an abandon sanction. The MMR rollback system is designed to readjust your rank after these cheaters are caught, so you should see this soon in your game.

Please be sure to report these players through the Support website, as that is where we gather cheater reports. This will expedite the process in catching them!

Hey!

MMR rollback occurs when players you've encountered in Ranked matches are identified as cheaters—in this case, they were DDoS-ing. Your MMR gets readjusted accordingly to cancel out the cheaters' effect on the affected games.

For more info, check out our Dev Blog at: http://rainbow6.com/mmrrollback

Hey Lukaipavle,

Sorry to hear that.

We are continuing to take steps to minimize the impact of DDOS attacks in-game.

Hey folks,

Thanks for reporting this.

I have edited both of your posts as naming and shaming is against the forum rules.

I will pass your report on to the team for investigation.

Hey, Futka-!

Support cannot adjust rank or lift temporary bans. In order to keep the game enjoyable for everyone, players who disconnect from a ranked game will be temporarily banned and receive a penalty. If you suspect that the connection was disrupted by another player, please provide complete and accurate details at support.ubi.com for the team for review.

Thanks
