It looks like your case was submitted a couple days ago. It can take ToS At least 72 hours to respond, but can be longer. Especially these days when more players are staying home. You can dispute the action taken on the account 3 times. If they are still declining to remove the ban, it means multiple investigations have been performed and no evidence was found that warrants removing it. I'm very sorry, but in that case, the ban will need to remain. However, if your account was hacked, you should contact an advisor to make sure it's completely under your control. That can be done by opening a case here. Thanks!

When we review reported violations of the User Agreement, we have to take into account how certain words or phrases come across to strangers that may not be familiar with you on a personal basis.
While you may use certain language in your daily life, we don't permit slurs or other racially charged language to be used. We have to take what's said at face value and when that's reported and brought to our attention, will action it accordingly.
Feel free to check through the User Agreement above, though if you do feel the action was applied incorrectly you're welcome to appeal with our Terms of Service team. They will take another look and reach out to you via email once they've completed the investigation.

I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban can be lifted. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned. Sorry, I don't have better news, It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned.
If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, I would still strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps. There may be some steps there that can't be completed while the ban is in place but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the EA account itself so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is in place.
Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).

How often does this happen? And have you attempted any troubleshooting steps to resolve it at all?

I'm afraid we aren't able to look into EA Account/In-game bans and we have no impact on the outcome of those investigations either. Our Live support team would be in the same boat as ourselves, sorry, but our Terms of Service team can take a look into the ban for you.

I'm showing there were multiple replies to the recent cases for this account.
Try heading over to your case history page if you weren't seeing an email appear, or double-check that the messages had not made their way to any junk, trash, or spam folders.
If our team has reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, the case will be closed and the account ban would remain final I'm afraid.

I have removed the username that caused your account to be banned.
We do not have access to the details of why you were banned, but we have a dedicated team that handles such disputes.
Here are the steps you need to follow to reach them using the webform:
Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension
The reason for your account ban should be listed in the email you received from the Terms of Service team. Please note that we cannot change the decision made by the TOS team.
If your account was banned, we cannot change that, and as I mentioned above, you will need to appeal the ban directly with our Terms of Service team.
There is no way to restore content from a banned account. Unfortunately, if the response is final, there is no way to change it.
