Hey Startail_! I realise it's been a while since your report of this issue, but I thought I'd check into it just in case. I do see on your account that you attempted a high volume of transactions in a short space of time, which can sometimes trigger an automatic lock. After this lock (if imposed) may have expired, I do see you made two successful purchases of Credits.

In future, if you experience persistent delays / failed order notifications after a few purchase attempts, please give it 48 hours before trying again, to allow for any blocks in place to be lifted.

The transactions will require a bit more time than usual to go through, and then you will receive your credits.

For future reference: We always recommend waiting up to 24 hours, as purchases are not always instantaneous.

Sorry to hear you have not received your credits!

Did you purchase the credits on the same region store as the game you own? If you have not, the credits won't be added to your game due to the regional difference. You would need to contact Sony to enquire about a refund if this is the case.

If after that time you still do not see them, please contact us on Facebook or Twitter in a private/direct message. Alternatively, you can also create a support ticket.

Although R6 Credits usually appear instantly, they can sometimes come through with a delay so we recommend waiting 24 hours.

It is also possible the transaction failed, as you explained you did not receive a confirmation email. I recommend contacting us directly if your R6 Credits are still missing, so we can check that for you -
