So its the pass of the email ??
When you create a Jagex account you enter an email address and a Jagex account password.
You should use your Jagex email address and Jagex account password to login.
Currently in QA, I'll let you know when it's hotfixed. :)

Link the account and log in on a members world with the linked account should be all you have to do.

Can you get the support shard via training agility using silverhawk method?
Silverhawks don't work.
Does Clawdia count for the boss shard?
Only bosses that give marks of war count, so Claudia doesn't.
Yes I eventually received 4 different emails from the 4 times I tried to log in. 1hr, 35min, 32min & 17min apart. Emails popped up/received really late. I did receive the RS character import email right away when I imported my acc. Time zone 8:14pm (20:14) Honolulu Hawaii

Thank You for replying but it finally worked. Tried again 2-3min ago and finally received a verification code right away. Finally able to log in 👍🏻
Glad it is sorted but our apologies for the outage. Did you ever receive the previous emails at all and if so at what times (including time zone please)?

Hey hey, can you confirm if you are still experiencing an issue with this now?
I did only sign up once, the only additional sign up I did was within the Jagex Account of "linking a character" which failed to work. But a support member on the discord suggested I log out of the account and log into the other and they both seem to count as being Jagex Accounts now.
I'm not quite sure where the confusion is coming in but you have indeed created two Jagex accounts. That is with the assumption both accounts you created have the same Jagex Account Name.
My best guess is you attempted to upgrade from the RuneScape account settings twice, rather than adding your second account to your first Jagex account via account.jagex.com and the 'Import Existing' on the Characters page.
If you have further details on what you believe to be a bug creating two accounts, please share because we can't fix what we can't reproduce. From our perspective, the accounts I believe you created are both separate and have no issues in their creation.
When Jagex's CEO came out yesterday and (in not so many words) said that he considered this to be the one of the largest skills to date in scope and game impact, I knew they'd be swinging for the fences, but this... this is beyond my wildest dreams.

I just setup this with Gmail, but my account is not linked to the Jagex account. But I also cannot login to my account anymore.
Sorry I'm not really clear based on what you've said - how do you both know that your account is not linked to the Jagex account and that you cannot login to your RuneScape account anymore?
If you go to account.jagex.com and login with your jagex email address & recently created password, what do you see?
If you do see the RuneScape character you expect linked, make sure to log out of all accounts in the jagex launcher and then log in with that same new email address and password.
I've added my accounts to the jagex account, logged out of everything on the launcher. Enter in my new account info and pass, get to the we are sending you a code to email, but am not receiving the code (checking both spam and my inbox). Please help.
The support centre should be your first step.
Due to a bug in the sign up process (I only signed up once) - both my accounts have their own separate Jagex accounts now and I must log into each one through the launcher individually to access them. I am told that this cannot be fixed through my end and must be done so through someone at Jagex.
If you have only signed up once you only have one jagex account. If you have accidentally signed up twice, that is the only way to have two accounts. I am not aware of any bug where you might be able to accidentally create an account.
If you contact our support team they can verify and help, forwarding onto my team if necessary.
I'm not really clear on your issue - but I believe you have upgraded to a Jagex account and now can't see your alt listed in the Jagex Launcher?
To fix this simply log out of all accounts in the Jagex Launcher and then log in with your Jagex email address and password. You can then link your main account at account.jagex.com.
On the unknown account, there is a verification step so any accounts you might have created and forgotten in the past will be yours.
