As others have said, using summoned units to bring your squad to 5 means that it is no longer undersized and not eligible for the rewards. This is also the case with Arc Trooper And Geonosian Brood Alpha.

If you click into a zone and then back out, the buttons should be usable again.

The feat didn't complete as the summoned turret counts as a fifth character slot. If you replace Arc Trooper with Echo or another character, you should be able to gain the reward for the feat.
