Sorry to hear that! I just checked and as far as I'm aware there isn't any degradation occurring at this time. Have you both been getting these connection issues consistently? Have you tried any sort of troubleshooting to resolve the issue?
There are definitely opportunities to play more challenging content such as Heroic/Legendary levels or Raids if you group up with other agents!
And in terms of the Memento, it is in the general loot pool now, so your best bet to get your hands on one would be backpack targeted loot or the Summit. Good luck agent!

No. Afraid not. Just recorded what you see above. There is a glitch where on death and viewing other team mates loadouts the menu refuses to let me spectator view the play. This happened before I glitched under the map.
