Hey @IEATUOMOMOM You can unlock abilities in the specialisation tree using Specialisation Points, awarded for completing invaded missions, Daily Priority missions, Priority Network bounties andΒ Weekly Projects. You can also earn them by levelling up your Field Proficiency.

It sounds like you have already completed a decent amount of troubleshooting already and your system clearly meets requirements so we should be able to sort this out. Also, I appreciate you taking the time to do all of that troubleshooting in advanceπŸ”₯I have a few more things I would like to suggest for good measure:

  • Clear the contents of the ownership file
    1. Navigate to the following default directory >> C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
    2. Delete all files located in the ownership folder

Hey @mkim31, thanks for sending this in! I was about to report this and pass the message along but I checked the Trello board and it looks like there have already been a few changes.

It will need to be handled through a support case as it will get passed to our game team to try to recover the character. To help them locate it, just make sure you have provided as much information as possible about the character from the list of things below:
