I have a greyed Div 2 Technical Test in my library but no invite mail yet.
It would seem like you were not invited then. (The greyed out Technical Test is the former Beta that got renamed)

As I understand it, yes they should have all been sent out some hours ago.
I never deleted the old one, when I click it it says hide or uninstall
But you got the e-mail about 4 hours ago inviting you to this specific test? If you only have Hide/Uninstall then it sounds like you were not on the list I received at least :/

Are those who were in the prior technical alpha test going to be automatically invited to this phase? Or, are we thrown back into the RNG pool for this test?
I'm not involved in the selection of players I'm afraid so I don't know I'm afraid. Based on what the announcement states, it's random.
