Thanks for reporting this glitch. If possible, could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

I can then forward this on to the development team.

Hi @TelefonSquid the development team were unable to reproduce this issue and have asked if you still encounter this issue? If so could you please answer the following:

  • Can you send us a replay from your side where the issue occurs?
  • Can you send a picture with the settings from in-game alongside with one with the settings from Nvidia Control Panel
  • Does this issue occur on a specific weather condition or specific track?

Hi @Lost_Sole the development team have been unable to reproduce this issue and have asked the following:

  • Does the issue still occur?
  • Does the issue occur on a specific club or any club?
  • We tried to press twice the back button, but we got back to the main menu, so we would want to know if you are able to press twice the back button to trigger the issue?

Hi @TechieHelper the development team have confirmed that they have been unable to reproduce this issue after multiple attempts and have asked if you could answer the following:

  • Does the issue still occur?
  • Can you provide another link to the default server as the link doesn't work anymore?
  • Can you provide a video with how you create the server and encounter the issue?

I'm sorry that you're having some issues loading your game.

Does the loading icon at the bottom right-hand corner still rotate for you as you're able to hear the music?

To try and help with this, I would suggest firstly reinstalling the game completely and making sure you install this, and the Ubisoft Connect launcher, on the same C hard drive. If you haven't already, I also recommend checking ...

Sorry to hear that this is still happening for you, thank you for trying out the suggested step by Ubi-MrM even if it didn't solve the club tags issue.

Thank you as well for clarifying this happens after you reboot the game, I'll be sure to pass this info along.

I'd like to also please ask you for a screenshot where we can see that the tag is visible and that the access to the club has ended, so we can add that to the report

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some FPS issues with your game.

Thank you for providing all the steps you already tried, I appreciate that.

To clarify, can I ask if these stuttering/input lags have happened since you purchased the game or did they appear after a particular time/any change to your setup or a new update?

I recommend, if you haven't already, making sure both the game and the launcher are installed on your C hard drive, so that we can rule this out as a potential issue.

I appreciate your input on this and can understand the frustration because of the wait when you are trying to win races fairly.

We don't directly have any input on which issues or bugs get addressed in which order for the game, and can't provide a specific time frame for these.

Once we know more information on topics such as this, we will communicate them as soon as possible through the forums or official Ubisoft social channels.

Just to be clear - is it just the 'synchronizing' error you see when joining a game now?

And you're stuck there until it disconnects you?

Does this happen regardless of the track / club / mode?
