I don't have a time frame as they're still in testing/development. However, we are well known for having an amazing art department, so I'm sure we'll have cool and thematic planes in the game when there's time to get that done/implemented.

As Subs are going away for next patch and the patch after, I wouldn't expect a host of plane art to enter the game any time soon.

No, all that stuff is set up ahead of time. It may very well cycle automatically in Twitch's system, which could be why drops looked available despite not having streams in which to give them out.

@iamSamothdid have a good point about our ability to do a Rerun if we're not available, or to have a pre-recorded show ready for breaks or emergencies. That's definitely a suggestion worth looking at.

I'll see if I can kick this around and get back to you on it. Drop me an @Ahskancetomorrow around 2pm if you can. I should have enough time to have an answer of some sort by then.

A "Recommended" post is just something that's easier to see for someone jumping into the thread.

You were asking where the Twitch stream was. Unfortunately, there isn't one this week as we're back from a long break and are playing catch-up in the office.

Boggzy did mention that yesterday. Also, he stated above that as we didn't set the schedule to happen, it was assumed that it wasn't a thing to be checked. In the end, we were wrong about that.

---

I responded to you with the information requested, and then I recommended the post to heighten the awareness of that answer. You asked a question and got a response. Several, actually.

---

I'm sorry you haven't had streams in two weeks to visit and get your drops from. Last week was a holiday for our entire office, and this week has been a big backlog of playing catch-up. Yesterday was a 15 hour day for me personally, so I assure you we'...

Ah, sorry. No stream tonight :(

Boggzy actually answered this question yesterday!

Normally our stream stuff (notifications and numbers and such) is handled by a gentleman in the office, but he's on extended vacation so I guess the schedule was not updated :(

We are intended to be back to normal next week, though!

The best way to test your computer and your connection is to hop into a Training Room. You can select Training Battle, then "Create" one. Just pick a map and then a ship. You'll be able to see how it looks and what your ping is.

Add bots to the game if you want to use up more system resources during your test.

He is saying he doesn't want to hinder his team by not being able to play with a low FPS.

Unfortunately that's the only control we have over that specific alarm. It's tied to the Interface Volume.

I'm not aware of a modpack or anything which addresses that issue otherwise, so it's the only fix available for your situation.

I might suggest you check out a video, though. Perhaps you're so focused on attacking that you lose track of everything else? This shows you how you can attack, but still be able to look around and see things.

I'm assuming you have all players in the other spots? The ones blocked by the pink scrub?

As said above me, the Matchmaker takes what there is. Most likely there were several Tier 5s that weren't filling out a full match, so it grabbed some available 7s in the Queue to finish the lineup card.

After a certain amount of time, the Matchmaker stops playing nice and grabs what's not nailed down~

If you want to learn more about how it works, it's explained in this video:

So, I have a screenshot to share and then I'll explain further:

First, open your Settings in Battle by hitting Escape. Then go to the Audio Tab.

Next: You want to set your "Sound Preset" to "Custom". This is the Yellow area on the picture.

Interface Volume is going to handle the sounds your ship makes when Consumables are used, you change your speed, and also your Collision Warning.

If the Music and Other Sounds are too strong and are drowning out the Collision Warning, you should start turning the other sounds down until they are at a comfortable level, and the Collision Warning sound is loud enough to be heard over them.

You probably don't have to turn everything Blue down as far as I did, but it's a decent place to start. You can turn up things you feel are too low as you experience them and want them louder.

Ok, I've gotten an update that the Community Tokens should have been invoiced as of... about 30 minutes ago!

Thanks for letting us know so we could get everyone taken care of <3

As an admin, I think our words override the censor, so definitely something to be vigilant about.

Yeah, having the Det Flag reward did "soften the blow" a bit, which was definitely nice.

---

We used to have Premium Consumables which were like 22k Credits per game Per Consumable Type. Ultimately, the gap between players that used Premium Consumables and those they elected to save money was Very significant on game results, so that got removed to make for a more consistent play experience.

A Det Flag is an additional cost per game for a guaranteed benefit, but as Detonations are rare in general it's not something that it required by any stretch. Plus, there's the Slot 1 Upgrade that cuts Detonation Chance down dramatically, so there's another option that's a one-time buy.

Because being shot by a teammate for over a minute or so is obnoxious? It's not behavior to encourage. You shoot the enemy, not your friends.

I can understand this line of logic. Friendly DD goes into harm's way when the coast is "clear" to try and Depth Charge a sub. Random player shoots at the sub, but hits friendly DD.

I can understand the logic, but this is similar to expecting a friendly ship to fire at an enemy that is being yolo-torp'd by a friendly DD and hitting the friendly DD instead. Like... it's possible, but it's just nothing something to expect once folks have figured out the situation.

---

If Depth Charging friendly subs that are in the area of enemy subs was an issue, you could just disable friendly Depth Charge damage instead of "All Friendly Damage". The removal of "All Friendly Damage" makes it much more likely to be a larger-scope response.

I think this is a more applicable issue. Removing the ability to grief other players means a more normal battle regardless of whether a player dislikes X or Y ship, and it cuts ...

RNG giveth and RNG taketh. Lady Luck holds no favor~

If you are concerned about Detonations and don't want to blow flags on every match, there's a Slot 1 Upgrade which drops Detonation Chance by 70%. It makes a low number a LOT lower and can help you save credits.

Personally, I'd definitely run Det Flags on anything I'm aiming to be competitive in (Clan Battles, Ranked, and Leaderboard Grinds) and Destroyers (because DDs are too important to mess around on).

Outside of that, let Lady Luck's Favor be your guide~

Keep it classy, man. This is pretty bait-y, especially on a post where someone is venting.

The back and forth you two had because of this snipe really didn't help anyone or add to the discussion.

Yes, so if you sit and just fire at someone enough, the damage stops being ignored and get redirected to your hull.

Actually turning pink is something that would require an active amount of team-damage'ing that you'd have to go out of your way to actually achieve.

While some folks do bring things like this up, players not griefing other players is still a very big positive. Sacrificing a bit of realism for a healthier game environment is a trade that has to happen sometimes.

I've heard this said repeatedly, but I've never heard why anyone would actually have come up with this idea.

Can you tell me why anyone would think this?

Firstly, I'm glad you're out of the hospital!

As for the stuff ya got, the official message I've got that sums it up is:

All players who agreed to receive WG emails and didn't set their birthday in the account settings received birthday gifts on the 1st of January since due to technical issues the system considered this date as their birthday.

The issue will be fixed and won't reoccur next year. All currently received birthday rewards will remain on the players' accounts unless you want to receive them on another date. In case you want to receive birthday gifts this year on another date, please contact our customer support.

We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you all happy holidays!

So if you think the Coupon is cool and would rather have that moved to a different date (like your actual birthday or some other date of significance to you), please send Customer Support a Ticket an...

I'm checking into this. I can see that the FreeXP was invoiced (credited to your accounts) in a single action, but I've got a question in on how the Community Tokens were distributed. It might have been given out earlier in the Participation of the event.

I'll have an answer on this and get back to you when I have it. Don't be afraid to @Ahskanceme in 24 hours or so in case I get side-tracked and I'll give you what updated info I have.
