Have you checked your Feats for crafting recipes? The Twitch Drops reward items aren’t the items themselves, they’re the recipes to craft the items. The placeables would be under Decorations → Furniture Maker and the armor set is under Armor → Exile Epics.

Oh, maybe I misunderstood the question. You had about 24 hours after each day was over to physically claim the item from your drops inventory after you earned it. If you didn’t claim the item by then, the reward will disappear from your Twitch account.

Twitch itself would notify you when you earn a Drop; the alert would show up in the chat area or as a popup if you’re on the mobile app. Remember that only streams with the “Drops Enabled” tag would count towards your progress.

In any case, we may do more Twitch Drops campaigns in the future and make these items available again for a future Drops event. Keep an eye out!

Several official servers are being rebooted now, that’s probably why you’re seeing a bunch of them with 9999 ping. My list shows most of them as valid and with an actual ping.

Yeah, knowing there’s an issue is one thing, getting it to consistently and reliably reproduce is another altogether. Even as the ones who have access to the internal workings of the game, finding a solid repro isn’t always simple. In this particular case we found one relatively quickly, but there’s been other times where a proper testcase eluded us for quite some time - and in some edge cases, continues to do so.

The servers will come down for a restart on June 3, at 13:00 GMT/ 9:00 AM EDT/ 6:00 AM PDT. (check this link to see when this is in your timezone). The downtime is estimated to take 1 hour.

Feel free if you want. I know this all sucks a lot and I’m really sorry for the trouble. We’ll continue digging around as to what the heck happened and get a proper fix out as quickly as possible.

Yeah, unfortunately no dice tonight. We tried a bunch of things and pushed some builds but that was to no avail. We’re going to have to pause this for now until folks are back on work hours tomorrow.

Hi again Exiles, you may have noticed we pushed a few builds on Steam tonight - these were done in attempt to resolve the freezing issues reported after the June 2 mini-update.

Unfortunately, despite these attempts, we were unable to resolve the issue tonight. We’ll continue to investigate the issue once everyone’s back on work hours tomorrow and keep you updated from there. I’m so sorry for the trouble this may cause for anyone affected, and we appreciate your patience while we work on sorting this out.

It’s on its default setting with Discourse and is just a daily limit of 50. The limit goes up with your trust level as well. It’s mostly there to curb spamming notifications to users. I guess there’s not really a reason to keep Likes limited but this is also the first time I’ve seen someone say anything about it.

We suspect the sudden rise in the game freezing in the middle of normal gameplay may be related to some others freezing during loading screens. We have an update cooking tonight and will work to have it out ASAP assuming all goes well with the build.

We suspect that many of the freezing issues being reported today, June 2 2021 (while loading in, or just seemingly randomly during normal gameplay) are tied to the most recent patch that was released earlier today. We’re working on a fix now, aiming to have something out tonight assuming all goes well with the build.
