We should go through some connection troubleshooting to try to find out what's happening. Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

If ToS has investigated your account 3 times and are still not overturning the ban, it means they haven't found any evidence that this was done in error. I'm very sorry, but the ban will not be lifted in that case.

The problem is, you're not answering those questions accurately. So, we can't verify ownership. The best I can advise is to try again by contacting an advisor and trying to answer those questions. We're unable to help with this over Answers HQ.

Thanks for clearing that up. You need to have access to the email that is currently on the account in order to verify ownership. Otherwise, you'll have to keep trying to verify through the account recovery process as you have been. Unfortunately, without answering those questions, we can't verify you own the account.

What exactly is the issue you're facing? If you have access to the email on the account, you should be able to verify ownership and make changes without speaking with an advisor.

Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, if you haven't yet, please follow my power cycling instructions I posted previously, but instead of unplugging your console, shut down your PC. Power it back on after your modem/router comes back online. Let me know what happens. Thank you!

If your max download speed is 2.5 MS, that's going to be an issue. Is that how much you're supposed to be getting? That's a very low download speed. Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

If they are still declining to remove the ban, it means multiple investigations have been performed and no evidence was found that warrants removing it. Those emails are sent by real people. Not bots. Yes, they will use a canned email, but they are sent by a real person that investigates the account. If there have been multiple disputes submitted and none have turned up evidence that the rules were not broken, it means they have found the account in violation through multiple, thorough investigations. There is nothing we can do to help through Answers HQ. I'm very sorry.

You were emailed the reason for your ban. We can't discuss this on Answers HQ, but you're welcome to contact an advisor and they can tell you the general reason for your ban. They won't go into greater detail than you were given in the email though. Keep in mind, when you first play our games you agree to the Terms of Service. When these are violated, action can and most likely will be taken against your account.
