Your UO Traces look pretty good. I'm not seeing any issues. Is this only happening when your roommate is playing at the same time? Do you have UPnP enabled? Also, is QoS (Quality of Service) enabled on your router? This isn't on all routers though so it's possible yours doesn't support it.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to tell you how many packs have been opened. We're not aware of any issues with the heirloom being granted after 500 though.

Wireless is the biggest reason we see for lag and disconnects. When we have problems on our side, we make an announcement about it. In order to rule out any issues with your connection, we need to go through testing.

If you're still having trouble with this, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

It's possible you received this skin, but when the rollback occurred, it went to at a time before the skin was received. Unfortunately, we're not able to replace them in this case.

There was an issue a couple of days ago where rank was reset, but that has been reverted. You should have your normal rank restored now. If not, play one full round and then your rank should return to normal. Thanks!

Those suggested DNS settings are not game specific. If you can't connect, the first thing to try is power cycling your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

There are some other things we can try. Let's not give up just yet. Next, try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Let me know how it goes.
