Sorry I have no idea. Maybe it was disabled for a different cross-play game, or was turned off by a cautious parent or sibling, if that's a factor?

Hi, can you ensure that cross-play is enabled?

You can toggle this on within the XBox system settings. 

1. Go to your Xbox settings
2. Scroll to Account and click on Privacy and Online Safety
3. Click on Xbox Live Privacy
4. Click on View Details and Customise
5. Click on Communications and Multiplayer
6. Change "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live" to unblock.

If you jump out of the lobby and back in again, does that clear your Party Not Ready status? Press Options then the touchpad to return to the title screen.

@Zarition_01 Hi, it sounds like you might have local file corruption. Can you try a repair to start? You can get the repair rolling by right-clicking the game panel in Origin and choosing the repair option.

@Killerpollo97089 No, your Xbox account would still be played on Xbox. If you have a PC account this could now play with Xbox friends, or you can play on Xbox with PC friends.

Both will have the same core EA account, and due to this, they won't work for cross-play, our system will see them as they same account, despite one being linked to a Microsoft account.

 

HI, i believe that you'll need an EA account for each active player, so you can't add the same account as a friend. Please create individual accounts for those who want to play, those should add as friends without issue. 

It sounds like some software you run may be being flagged as potentially suspicious. You can try restarting your system with a Clean Boot, and play with just the game running, and see if that helps stability.

Yep, sorry this was a forum-side issue, fixed now. With the Fifa & SW Squadrons launch we had some unexpected issues, which lead to some unexpected behaviour. 

This is interesting, and does appear to be a bug/sync issue.

Your final burst of damage (78=2*22 + 2*17) seems to be correctly recorded.

However around the 12 second mark there's something funky with the damage tracking. You do 39 damage with 2 shots, then 34 with 2 more shots. Just after this, you hit her again and are shown a hit for 51. This appears to be 34 damage from the previous 2 shots plus 17 for the new hit.

However, to my eyes the "51" shows up just a fraction of a second later than it should have. I think this is key, as this is the culprit for all this confusion.

This comes to 90 damage from 5 hits (4*17+22) from the 1st mag.

So it looks like in the game itself you do 90 damage with the first mag and 78 with the 2nd mag, so she survives.


But the damage tracker seems to have grabbed the 51 damage, and then duplicated it and added it to the 39 damage from the initial 2 hits.
