Hi, that option is still there, it's just a little awkward to get to. On some resolutions you can find a small bar to click, but the most reliable way to find it is to highlight "vibration" and press down on the D-pad. That'll give you the ability to click through to the ALC sub-menu.
This issue has been noted and should be fixed in a later patch, but I hope this helps for now.
It's a fairly uncommon message alright.
Can you try reinstalling the game? If you use external storage, if you can put the reinstall on your system's internal HDD that'd be the best option.
If this has no effect, can I check if you can log in and play with an alternative account?
If you're part of a club, do you know any of the administrators? If so, can you ask them to remove you from the club and see if that changes anything?
Hi, you can actually access the custom look controls, if you scroll to the bottom of the general controls page there's a very small and easy to miss clickable bar, this will give you the Custom Look Controls.
I'll mark this as a solution to increase visibility and help folks to access the options, until this gets fixed.
@Glowsticker As mentioned by Atic, this should be just a visual issue. Skydive emotes are just applied to legends automatically, when you skydive next, can you hold the jump button and look for the emote from the wheel?
Also, your posting account isn't active in the game, if you let me know your affected account name/platform we can take a look for potential issues.
@BatmanTristan12 Hi, thanks for the post. Can I check if there's any error code? One thing to check for, does your system's time and region match up with your actual time and region?
If you go to System Settings > Support > Error History does anything show there for the this event?
@Noob_Chemist As I understand they're different teams and different specialisations, and it's possible the avatar was reported.
@teddyscopes From your description of the ban going long and the duplicate mails there may be a system error there, we'll see if there's anything we can see on our end.
