@DTGMac99 Hi, it looks like the error message was due to a widespread outage which knocked out several games and services. I got this error myself when I tried to relax for a few games on my personal time. Things should be back to normal now, please let us know if you see it again.

Hey, as noted you can add it to the post, but the easiest way is to host it somewhere (Youtube is good for it) and include the link. 

I can't make any promises about any changes I can make but I'm very interested in seeing the phenomena you describe.

@Shadowjohnny101 Hi, I've seen scattered reports of this but I haven't been able to replicate it.

Can I check are you playing on a PS4 pro? if so, do you have supersampling enabled? If so, can you disable it and see if it has any impact on your stability?

@Nekomi_Kami I get this too on 2 accounts, so I think it's the same for everyone. We'll flag it up and hopefully we'll see the reset back to normal tomorrow. 

Edit: I'm seeing them reset and displaying normally now, are you?

@javiorz  Hi, I can see the skins from the BP showing as purchased, it appears to have been correctly acquired. 

Can you earn a level or two on the BP track and check for the first set of rewards?

Hi, please try a repair, and see if that helps with stability. A lot of the symptoms you describe match with file corruption, it sounds like something went wrong with the update. 

To run this, right-click the game panel in Origin and choose the repair option.
