Can I check are you playing on a PS4 pro? if so, do you have supersampling enabled? If so, can you disable it and see if it has any impact on your stability?

@c0mpl3x1ty1 I'm pretty sure it's pure RNG, and there's just a chance every reload to see the rare animations

@javiorz Hi, I can see the skins from the BP showing as purchased, it appears to have been correctly acquired.
Can you earn a level or two on the BP track and check for the first set of rewards?
Hi guys, it sounds like this might be an account-related issue. Can you reset the password for the EA account linked to your console account?

This will usually be the same EA account that you're using here, but sometimes folks will have a different account for their console games. In that case, go to help.ea.com, log out, then log in using the login option for your particular console. You'll then be on the correct account, and you can send the password reset request.
