@TwitchLegitlolly Hi, it looks like you got the Bloodhound heirloom back in December last year, either from hitting 500 packs, or from luck.
This will have reset the guarantee, and you'd need to open 500 Apex Packs to hit the the guarantee.
I see you also got the Pathfinder Heirloom around this time, but as you got it from the Holo-day Bash event packs, this wouldn't have affected the guarantee.

Hey, a bug can happen after a reset where someone's true rank might not be represented and they may be prevented from grouping. Once they play a single ranked match this should be fixed, and you should be able to group up as normal.
@Breded1 Can I check if you've both tried playing a single solo queue game each?
@mrmikkancs Hi, packs opened just as a match starts will have their contents delivered, but i t can be easy to lose track of what was acquired.
In this case the pack contained the Legendary-quality Heavenly Strike Prowler skin, as well as (rare-quality) a Crypo quip and card frame.

@outheg8 While I have seen scattered reports of "auto punch" persisting in a situation like yours, we haven't seen enough evidence to prove it, and accidental R3 presses are the cause in the vast vast majority of cases.
I don't know your setup, but if it replicates consistently in the Firing Range, a clip of it happening, with controller inputs visible, would be something I could forward to QA.
I know it's a big ask, but anything less likely won't lead to further investigation, as "auto punch" has been discussed extensively.

As for your issue, a patch rolled out a while back (about 10 hours ago) that should address this issue, and your quests/challenges should be refreshing properly again.
@MasterKilerAK Unfortunately there isn't any player-side workaround and we don't have an ETA on this yet, but hopefully it won't be long yet. I have it too, so I appreciate how grating this is.

Presumably, the teleport moves the character(s) at Loba's location at the time of teleport, and a punch moves you "into" that location.
