@Hayhala Hey, I believe there's a mixup, the agent in question may not have spent as much time with Apex's logs as some folks.

Within our logs the crafting mats will appear as their own lootbox, but they are part of a previously-opened one. For whatever reason on the backend they appear as a "box" of mats, which will be its own log event. 

So from what I can see, the box in question contained the 15 mats, the Crypto quip "I'm here because I have to", and the Bangalore Bobblehead charm. The charms show up on an R99 when unlocked, which is probably where the mixup over the skin comes from.

Sorry, it's 1k points per event. If you got the win in just a few games well done to you, but you're maxed out until the next event. 

So far I only managed a 2nd place, but I have another evening left. The R301 skin is the main one I'm after too on the reward track, so I applaud your good taste.

@AlphaShift14 Yeah it seems like an odd bug with the "new item" dot sometimes not showing up. 

The pack you got had 15 crafting mads, a quip for Caustic and a banner pose for Gibraltar.

@Aihunwri Oh dear, a white Havoc definitely sounds out of place. 

As for the missing energy mags, that was a change made in the patch, so that's as intended.

Those are all very good questions, but we don't have any official word on them. 

For your 3rd question, it's not something that's possible right now, and we've said in the past that we won't be able to implement cross-progression. 



While we don't have anything official yet, it's worth noting that in an article from last year, Mark Cerny mentioned that the PS5 will have backwards compatibility with PS4 games, which is a good indicator for now.

Hey, we can check this sort of thing in the logs. Taking a look, you got an Epic skin for a pistol, but it was the Mozambique, not the Wingman.

I can understand the mixup, some Mozambique skins look like Wingman ones at a glance. 

You should have the Break The Enemy skin if you check your inventory.

Hey, there isn't a way to transfer/duplicate progress between different accounts. 


To keep your progress, you'll need to keep using the same PSN account. If you've changed to a different PSN region that might mean you'd be using 2 accounts, one for local games, and one to keep using the same Apex account. 

 

This would only be necessary with a large move like a transatlantic one, can I check where you're moving from and to?

Hey, in such cases the items are always delivered from what I've seen. 

The pack which came with the Wattson Quip also contained the Oceanic Skin for the Havoc, and Yellowjacket for the R99. If you check theses, can you confirm they don't have the red marks?

Hi, the skydive animations should be automatically applied to the character. At level 54 you should have Gibraltar and Wattson's emotes, and when you drop as therem there should be a small prompt at the bottom of the screen with your system's command to use the emote. Is this missing?

Hey, there's a bug with the first Match Summary screen where if you keep playing Winter Express, it'll give ever-more-inflated incorrect XP numbers, and may tell you that you've earned levels that you haven't. While this is of course leading to confusion, fortunately actual progress is being properly tracked and applied.

We didn't get the info on Friday and I was out over the weekend. We were pretty sure this was just a visual bug, and now that we can confirm it, we have done so. 

Of course, if actual progress was being lost we'd need to take some much more in-depth steps, so we wanted to be sure we had a handle on the issue before commenting.
