Hey @salih99872 Can you try going through the following steps and see if this continues?

 

  • Rebuild PS4 Database 

    • Make sure your PS4 is completely powered down and that your Dualshock 4 controller is connected to the console via a USB cable.

Generally, sometimes purchases can take some time to show up in-game, If you have already waited for 24 hrs and restarted your game I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor as we are unable to assist with missing content on the forums. 

 

You can reach out to an EA Advisor here, in order for them to further investigate your issues and determine what may be going on.

@ohmygrimm We will not be able to tell if the disconnection removed you from the match and removed any points gain, I would recommend waiting for everything to come back up and verify you can reconnect to PSN and Apex then login and check.

@ARZUMATA As I had mentioned above if you have redeemed the Twitch reward on the connected account and platform ( so say you connected it to your EA Account and redeemed it on your PC account) you will be unable to redeem it elsewhere.

Likewise, you will be unable to transfer it to another platform. It will stay on the first platform it was redeemed on. Illium.png
