@Coogan2731 I would not have a turnaround time to provide, if your case was escalated or support is investigating something like missing content it may take some time. Since you see the case as waiting on the player that is why I would recommend making a new one to contact support to see what they may be waiting on to help the case along. Illium.png

@THEMrCoLALA Something may not be allowing you to access the settings. To check have you made any changes to the privacy setting on your Xbox account or are you on a child account?

If not can you clear your console cache and see if it continues?

Persistent Storage
1. Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

Alternate Mac:
1. Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
2. Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
