@PingAChargeRifle If you have multiple platforms on your EA Account linked to Twitch it the reward when you redeem will go to the first one you log into after redeeming. YOu can check out the FAQ here for more information. 

 

I play Apex Legends on multiple platforms (PC, Xbox, PS4). Can I access my content on each platform?

@KadirLOL If you linked your Amazon account to an EA Account and claimed the package, you will not be able to transfer the content to another EA Account, if you unlink and link Amazon to it. The rewards will go to the first platform you access with the linked accounts and stay there.

@Hitahp @Hitahp Thank you for clarifying, we would be unable to reverse in-game decisions, if an in-game currency is spent you will keep the items purchased.

If you have any issues with getting those items, you can reach out to an EA Advisor at help.ea.com, however, they will not be able to reverse the action... Read more

@tranquilitypingu To check Are you trying to connect and sign-in on the Apex rewards page, or in twitch settings? Can you try settings or vice versa depending on the one you're currently trying?

 

If this does not work can you get in touch with an EA Advisor to have them look at your EA Account?

@Max_Capitalism Were these run before and after the 7:30 time when issues start? The first test shows several points having packet loss where the second only shows it as two points, This would point to an issue with the network being used to connect to our servers. 

 

I would recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps (if you haven't) and see if issues continue in apex and how the reports look.
