@2018016581 Apologies for the late response, Based on what you had mentioned wanted to look into this further. If Apex is showing to install again I would first recommend seeing if you can find the installation location to see if it is still there. To be on the safe side you may want to clean your device with something similar to CCleaner and reinstall apex. In addition based off your DXDiag can you also check the following?

@Hungrysnoop Sorry I should have said hops, sorry for the confusion that generated, and by that each place you 'hop' through to get to our servers is a new line in the UOTrace. Most of them weren't giving info for the pkts r/s or best/worst ping times which might indicate that your networking is having to get routed through different points on it way to our server and a lot of those points aren't responding or aren't passing along the packets the game sends and receives for online play.

@Hungrysnoop There are several hopes not reporting information over ptks r/s and ping best and worse, I would recommend showing this information to your ISP and seeing if setting up a static IP is possible to see if you continue to have issues. Illium.png

@MissHazel21 If your main console is crashing out on other profiles, based on the steps already performed you may want to look at reinitializing the Xbox. I would recommend checking with Xbox support first to see if there is any additional steps they could recommend first. Illium.png
